Porsche is introducing the third electrified variant within the Cayenne model series positioned in-between Cayenne E-Hybrid and Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid. The S E-Hybrid offers a revised three-litre V6 turbocharged engine combined with a 130kW electrical motor which together provides a 519 PS system output and 750 Nm system torque. Resulting in 0-60 mph acceleration in 4.7 seconds as well as a top speed of 163 mph. The hybrid technology of the new Cayenne also provides the new car with an extended electric range of up to 56 miles as well as short charging times resulting in a fully charged battery in under two and a half hours.
Standard adaptive air suspension contributes to increased performance as well as greater driving comfort. Innovative two-chamber, two-valve technology enables a wide spectrum of spring rates ranging from high comfort to high performance. The new model is easily distinguished by its 20-inch diameter Cayenne S wheels and stainless-steel exhaust tailpipes.
